Also honored is Hawaiian language educator and musician Lilia Wahinemaikaʻi Hale [Mama Hale]. One by one, they entrusted Eddie with key pieces of Hawaiʻi's heritage. They inspired him to understand, perform, and pass that heritage on to the children of Hawaiʻi. Musicians include Eddie Kamae and the Sons of Hawaiʻi: Analu Aina, Mike Kaawa, Paul Kim, Claybourne "Braddah Smity" Smith, Sam Krug, Mel Murata and the Keiki Palaka Band. Hula by Kalama ʻOhana.
